Emails and spam phone calls

If you think you get enough of spam email already, brace yourself.  You will get dozens of unsolicited emails every single day for bids, take offs, estimating services, SEO management, and lending.  It’s just down right annoying.  You can block every email but they just keep coming.  Never once have I engaged in these services. Why in the hell do I need someone to do my job? You can reply and ask to be removed from their email distribution list all you want.  They will just email you from another email address.  Interestingly enough these emails never include any company information like a signature, a website, or a phone number. I have blocked thousands of email addresses over the past five years and they still just keep coming.

You will also get a ton of emails regarding your website, google ranking and even those who swear that they can remove bad reviews from your google listing.  They will promise you the moon.  Keep in mind that they are trying to sell the same pitch to everyone.  Including your competitors right down the road.  The SEO optimization is a good one.  They will want to charge you anywhere from 1K to 1.5K per month and of course it takes at lest 6 months to see results.  Hey, they have to make money somehow.  Just don’t fall for this.  Think it through.  Get lots of opinions before you make your decision if you decide to engage in this type of service.

Your phone will ring off the hook too. I cringe when my phone rings. Hell I hear my phone ring in my sleep. It's unbelievable how many spam calls you will get once the spammers find your LLC listing. I have paid for many apps to avoid, detect, and block annoying phone calls.

Customers will ask for discounts for all types of reasons. This is a toss up. You don't go to the grocery store, load up your cart with groceries and then ask for a discount when you check out. Vet

Customer financing

I have never offered customer financing. Well, let me take that back. I did help out a very few select customers in the past. I let them pay me back over time as they got paid from their work. One

No money down

This is a tricky one. I don't really ask for any money up front. This includes very expensive jobs. There are many ways to look at it. First, you ask for money when you haven't done any work. Man
